Actor Russell Brand pleads “not guilty” to five sexual violence charges
London, May 30 (EFE).- British actor and comedian Russell Brand pleaded "not guilty" Friday to five counts of sexual assault and rape charged against him by four women in the United Kingdom. In a preliminary session of the proceedings against the performer at Southwark Crown Court in central London, Brand responded "not guilty" to the reading of each of the allegations that were read against him for crimes that were allegedly committed between 1999 and 2005.
