Magdeburg, Germany, Dec 20 (EFE/EPA).- At least two people were killed Saturday in a hit-and-run attack at a Christmas market in Magdeburg, eastern Germany. The suspect is a Saudi doctor who had been living in Germany since 2006 and is currently in custody, regional authorities said. The dead include a man and a minor.
